Refund Policy
The Match Surge Profile Rebuild is built to help you 3x your match volume. Follow the 30-day plan, track the 30 days on Matchable, and if your profile does not 3x its match volume, we keep working with you or refund your rebuild.
3x match guarantee
The guarantee applies to the Match Surge Profile Rebuild when you complete intake, attend the private review, and give us the current profile materials needed to diagnose and rebuild the profile.
If you follow the 30-day plan in good faith, track the 30 days on the Matchable website, and your profile does not 3x its match volume, contact us with the relevant app data. Refund eligibility requires a data export from Hinge, Tinder, or Bumble for the app being measured. We will review the concern, keep working with you, or refund the purchase.
What you need to share
- ◆Your current dating-profile screenshots, photos, prompts, app context, and dating goals before the review.
- ◆A data export from Hinge, Tinder, or Bumble for the app being measured, covering the baseline period and the tracked 30-day plan period.
- ◆Your baseline match data from the relevant app before implementing the 30-day plan, entered on Matchable.
- ◆Your after data from the same app after following and tracking the plan on Matchable for 30 days.
- ◆Your 30-day plan progress on the Matchable website, including task completion and measurement updates.
- ◆Any relevant screenshots or details that help us understand the gap. Screenshots may support the review, but they do not replace the required data export. You may redact private names, faces, or conversations.
Timing
Standard Match Surge Profile Rebuild results are ready in 3-5 business days after completed intake. Express results are ready in 24-48 hours after completed intake when express delivery is selected.
The 30-day guarantee measurement period must be tracked on the Matchable website. Refund review requests should be sent within 14 days after the tracked 30-day plan period ends. If you need more time because of travel, app pauses, or personal circumstances, email us before the window closes.
What is not eligible
- ◆Requests made before completing the intake or attending the private review.
- ◆Requests without a Hinge, Tinder, or Bumble data export that verifies before and after match volume.
- ◆Requests where the 30-day plan was not tracked on the Matchable website.
- ◆Profiles where the 30-day plan was not implemented in good faith.
- ◆Profiles materially changed after delivery for reasons outside the review.
- ◆Fraud, abuse, chargebacks started before contacting us, or use that violates the Terms of Service.
How to request a review
Email team@trymatchable.com with the subject "Refund Review" and include your order email, the app measured, the Hinge, Tinder, or Bumble data export, baseline match volume, after match volume, Matchable-tracked 30-day progress, and implementation screenshots. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days after processing.
