Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Matchable or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Matchable provides dating-profile diagnostics and done-for-you profile rebuilds, including private profile reviews, photo and prompt review, complete profile revamps, professionally edited profile pictures, written 30-day plans, match-to-date texting guidance, and related creative direction. The current front-end offer is the Match Surge Profile Rebuild.

3. Accounts

• ◆You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• ◆You must provide accurate account, intake, billing, and contact information.
• ◆You are responsible for activity under your account.
• ◆Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. User materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide, including screenshots, profile copy, photos, goals, and dating-app data. You grant Matchable permission to process those materials to deliver the service, provide support, verify refund eligibility, and improve internal quality.

• ◆You must have the right to share any photos, screenshots, or profile materials you upload.
• ◆Do not upload photos of minors, explicit content, private conversations without appropriate redaction, or materials that impersonate another person.
• ◆We will not publish your private profile materials publicly without your permission.

5. Prohibited uses

• ◆Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or deceptive use.
• ◆Uploading materials you do not have permission to use.
• ◆Attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or exploit the service.
• ◆Using Matchable outputs to impersonate others or violate dating-app rules.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Match Surge Profile Rebuild is a one-time purchase unless a separate recurring offer is clearly presented. Standard results are ready in 3-5 business days after completed intake. Optional add-ons, such as 24-48 hour express delivery, may be offered in checkout. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. Refund policy

The Match Surge Profile Rebuild includes a 3x match guarantee: follow the 30-day plan, track the 30 days on Matchable, and if your profile does not 3x its match volume, we keep working with you or refund the rebuild. The full policy is available at /refund-policy.

8. Intellectual property

Matchable owns the service, brand, site design, frameworks, and non-user content. You may use delivered materials for your personal dating profile and related personal use, but you may not resell or redistribute Matchable methods, templates, or deliverables as a competing service.

9. AI-assisted content and results

Some concepts or recommendations may use AI-assisted tooling. Results can vary by app, market, profile quality, implementation, and user behavior. Except for the specific refund policy above, Matchable does not promise a particular dating outcome.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Matchable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create safety, security, or legal risk.

12. Changes and contact
